The Year Round Nail Polish Edit

Year round nail polish

I know it’s so cliched to have colors define seasons. But it’s so true that colors can have such a statement of their own when it comes to defining a period. Corals, pinks and bright blues for spring/summer and vampy dark shades for fall/winter.

Perfect nude nail polish

Being not much of a nail polish hoader as I’m when it comes to beauty, thanks to my chubby fingers/hands, not complaining but just saying they are just not that cute like Paula from or even as my cousin, who sometimes visits my blog and always points out on the silly mistakes that I make, like the most recent one, where I said 5 Kissass tips to take blog worthy pictures, when I clearly meant to type “KICKASS” – #embarrassingbloggingmoment (is it a too long of a hashtag or what? lol).

Anyways not drifting off topic. What I mean to say is, I have a rather defined nail polish collection, which I adore and I felt the colors were appropriate despite which ever season we are living in. So I thought hey, new blog post idea! hooray.. lol But these are my 5 nail polish picks which I feel are year round appropriate colors.

BarryM Like A Nude ( a beautiful nudey pink)

TomFord Show Me The Pink* (perfect peachy pinky nude)

Tanya Burr Duvet Day (a light grey with blue undertone, almost like a pastel blue – both grey and blue tones balance spring and winter perfectly)

Zoya Rue (a pretty mauvey blush pink you can’t go wrong with)

TomFord Carnal Red* ( The perfect balance between pink and red, a stunning all year round red)

(P.S. Thanks to my sweet cousin for lending her hand haha)

So these are my go-to’s, what are you favorite year round nail paint shades?
