Well hello! I have been a little distracted from blogging lately. Despite the fact that I have tons of blogpost “planned”, and all I need to do is put it in draft, before leaving for the vacation of the year. We are going to our home country yay, and I’m so looking forward to this trip. It’s for the first time that I haven’t seen my family for one whole freaking year, I mean that’s insane. Anyway, I just can’t wait to be home — Oh that feeling, mmm. And plus I have my cousin’s wedding to attend too and I can’t wait for the whole family to come together, laugh, dance and put on some makeup haha.
That being said, I have been outside the house quite a lot this month, thanks to all the gift shopping. And I have been obsessed with these ASOS sneakers. The weather is warming up, the sun is out a lot and so are these shoes. I have been waiting to put on these babies ever since I bought them around Oct/Nov. I first saw them on Amelialiana’s chanel or was is InTheFrow’s channel can’t remember. But those girls were doing a challenge to dress each other under 50 or 75 pounds, and Victoria chose these shoes for Amelia and every since I saw them, I knew they were coming home. Long story short these are the perfect shoes to welcome spring.
And to add to my latest watch collection and the crazy obsession I’m loving my Daniel Wellington watch*. It’s classic, it’s simple and perfect for my instagram feed LOL, and I’m sure you have already seen this floating around recently. Plus I have a coupon for anyone who fancies it, you can save 15% by using the code ABEAUTY15
Keeping to the out doorsy theme, I love walking around without carrying a giant bag, thanks to my baby growing up fast. All that I have been carrying around is my Coach wristlet, which is big enough to fit my iPhone and compact enough to keep dangling around my wrist, without being uncomfortable.
And speaking of the distractions that have been keeping me from blogging are my all time favorite hobbies card making and drawing/painting. There is something immensely satisfying when it comes to designs and making your own kind of things. Specially when it comes to handmade cards I just get totally oblivious of that fact that I have a baby and a family to look out for and cook for and get so engrossed in it that until its done I can’t concentrate on anything. And likewise when it comes to drawing/painting and thank god for a cousin who shares the same passion and is always motivating in someway or the other. And thanks to her, who convinced me to buy Silhouette Portrait machine its by far the best investment of 2016. If you love making stickers, handmade cards, gift tags or anything crafty trust me you will love this machine.
Also, thanks to one of the other friend who introduced me to the app Sketchclub, omg I’m never painting on a sheet again (well that’s too big of a statement, huh!). But this app literally saves me from boredom and keeps my creativity alive on the go. And if you love to doodle, draw or painting give this app a go.
