Sunday Treat || Fluffy Pancake Recipe

I swear, this is the best pancake recipe I have ever tried, EVER! It’s fluffy, yummy, and you won’t want to go back to any of the breakfast joints, you ever did for sufficing your cravings. It’s a great option for people on the run, who don’t have time in the morning to prepare breakfast, this is easy-peasy and you can totally prepare the batter a night before. 

And here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients :

3/4 Cup Milk (full fat preferably)

1 -1.5 Tbsp : White Vinger 

1 Egg

2 Tbsp Butter

1 Cup All Purpose Flour*

2 Tbsp Sugar 

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Optional : 

Chocolate Chips

Walnuts

Almonds

Method :

1. Add the vinegar to one cup of whole milk and let it sit for 5-10mins.

2. Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients.

3. Add egg and melted butter to the milk. Mix it well.

4. Now add dry ingredients in small portions and mix it thoroughly.

5. Heat a non-stick pan, spray cooking oil and pour a little bit of mixture. Once bubbles start appearing, flip it over and cook until brown.

6. Pour some maple syrup, add melted butter, sprinkle chocolate chip and dive right into it- “It’s soooo fluffy I’m gonna die ;)”


Quick-Tip: * You can replace all purpose flour with whole wheat flour but instead of 1 cup add 2/3cups of whole wheat flour.
