August Favorites

Do I start with the cliché, Omg where did the month flew by? Or shall I spare you the horrendous reminder of how fast the time is flying by. But with that speedy ride, its yet another monthly favorites time.

Zara Top : There are certain things that haunt you until you don’t show them some love and get them home, this is exactly how this top was. Every single time I crossed Zara all I wanted, was to get it, and when I saw it on sale I had to snag this baby up. Love the color, pattern/print, fabric everything about it is so lovely and it’s just a pretty top to transition into fall. Layer it up with a nice jacket/blazer or wear it on top of a full sleeve t-shirt.

Forever21 Jacket : Since it not really quite summery summer here in the UK this has been a light layering piece that I have been absolutely obsessed with. I got this probably a year an a half ago and ever since then this has been my dress up jacket, the crisscross sheer back, structured shoulder, it’s just a very well made jacket.

Kiko CC Cushion Foundation : With the big hype about Cushion foundations I really wanted to try the Lancome one but the limited shade selection had me move to Kiko, and I’d have to say, I’m quite in love with Kiko makeup. Light coverage, evening out the skin tone, with that beautiful glow, that’s all I could ask for whole summer long. And I have been loving Sigma 3DHD Kabuki brush* to apply this CC cushion foundation and these two are a match made in heaven.

Loreal Telescopic Mascara : Such a great mascara for layering up or just on its own, I love how black, lengthening and defining it is, I literally had my mom asking me twice are you wearing false lashes, and that’s a huge compliment for someone who has almost invisible eyelashes.

Mac Dervish Lip Liner : This liner is probably my all time favorite lip liner. A perfect your lips but better color.

Burberry Gloss In Nutmeg : The creamy, nonsticky formula with a wonderful smell that throws me back into my child hood. And the perfect nude color, for making you look polished, on those lazy or maybe fast paced days, when you don’t want to fuss around with your makeup.

Charlotte Tilbury Gloss In High Society : Truly a high society color, makes you look so classy and beautiful, and hey it has a rose gold packaging. However I just wish it wasn’t this small, I was kind of disappointed to see the dinky tube size, though.

What have you been loving and obsessing over this past month? And are you pumped up for fall?
